I thought I might have B-12 deficiency, and tried this. I didn't see any change in the way I felt, and quit taking it. That turned out to be a bad mistake. I WAS deficient in B-12, and oral B-12 doesn't usually work. Sublingual is the only way to take it that works. My doctor recommends the Nature Made brand.

Pros:
Presumably it does what sublingual B-12 is supposed to do, namely put B-12 into the bloodstream.
Cons:
none. |

I tried these and liked them. They never really dissolved all the way, but I enjoyed the taste. It was like a berry flavor of some sort. It gave me a little energy boost too.
