There's just something about the sublingual b-12 that I just don't like. The aftertaste always gets to me and I find it really unpleasant. That may just be me. This stuff is supposed to melt under your tongue...but I'm impatient and would usually just end up chewing it. Bad idea, I know. These pills are the reason I switched to getting regular b-12 injections. But these aren't bad as far as subliguals go, just not for me.
