this was recommended to me by a co worker when i told her i was feeling sluggish. i took this and within 10 min. i felt like i had drank about 10 cups of coffee - it was not a good feeling. my heart was pounding (good thing i don't have heart trouble). i don't think it is the fault of this particular manufacturer, i just think the whole ginko thing does this to me. i shudder when i think that they are now putting this in some drinks. ugh!

Cons:

try this only if you want a brain buzz that will have you swinging from the chandelier. i don't remember if they have any warnings, but my heart was racing - what if a person took this who didn't know they have heart problems?

This is often recommended to help memory by increasing circulation to the brain and help in concentration. Did not help. As I'm getting older I feel my brain is getting cloudy. This did nothing to help for 6 months.

Pros:

Did not clear thinking or help memory after 6 months. Couldn't tell any difference.

Cons:

Inexpensive to be worth a try.
