My husband is a full time student in medicine, and started taking these in hopes that it will improve his energy. Since taking them, we have seen a great improvement in his energy and he is now able to workout after classes instead of crashing on the couch.
We like the fact that it also has the added vitamin C which is important to take during the cold and Flu season.
It is rather inexpensive for 100 caplets, and can be found easily at your local drugstore. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for that extra boost!
