I have used few products of this kind. honestly this might be good for many but i was not happy with its results. though a friend of mine used it and was very happy and he suggested me the same.
Unfortunately it didn't helped me at all with my stress and anxiety other then getting me to sleep for a long time.

I find that at different times of the year I tend to become a little down in my mood. I have talked with my doctor about this, and we both agreed that I do not need to go on any mood stablilizer, but do need something to help me improve my mood. I tried SAM-e and found that this does greatly increase my moods. I include this now in my daily vitamin routine.
I also found that this helps with joint discomfort at well.
