I don't think its good because if you have anxiety that bad to take over the counter medication, you should go and see a doctor. Its unsafe to use these kinds of products for an extended period of time now matter "how safe" they may seem in an advertisement.

First off, Mind Soothe is very very very expensive. It's almost $50!

But, if you use it sparingly, those $50 are worth it. I have general anxiety disorder that was severely effecting my ability to live a fulfilling life. Prescription meds helped, but I didn't feel like I was all the way to where I could be. I still had some anxiety.

Now, when it's getting really bad, I supplement my regular medication with Mind Soothe for a few days. I calm right down! I don't take it all the time, but when I do take it, it works right away. It's expensive, but worth it.

Being that I am usually somewhat nervous a good portion of the day, this product helps to keep a clear mindset. It doesn't help with extreme stress, but it does help keep a positive outlook throughout the day

Being a bipolar person, I'm always looking for something to supplement my regular medication to keep my moods on an even keel. This product works great for that!!

Pros:

All natural, can take with other medications. Easy to take capsule form. Non- addictive!!

Cons:

The price is a bit steep, I tend to use it sparingly.
