Similarly to how I didn't have much faith in Herbalif'e's Relax Now and was proven wrong, I also had a bottle of Sleep Now that I avoided trying because I didn't think would work. When I ran out of my usual medicine to help me sleep, I begrudgingly turned towards my bottle of Sleep Now one sleepless night and was pleasantly surprised. In the same way the Relax Now was somewhat subtle, Sleep Now is subltle as well, however efficient. While it doesnt knock you out like some nighttime meds, Sleep Now kind of gently makes you comfortably sleepy. The best part is you wake up in the morning without a sleep med hangover.
