I heard so many great things about this product, I recently tried it as a supplement to help with mild depression symptoms. Unfortunatly, this product upset my stomach so much that I could not keep it down. I tried it on several occasions, hoping for a different result, but it was to no avail. I certainly recommend it if you have a strong stomach!!

I started taking 100mg of 5-HTP over two years ago to help me with my depression. It does help promote a positive mood and has helped me control my appetite. My other family members have taken it to help with autism and OCD. It is a great alternative to drugs like prozac that help with depression. This is a natural way to increase your serotonin. The capsules are pretty small and you only have to take one once a day. I love that this is an affordable supplement.
