I gave this product one month to work and saw no change whatsoever. I've never been one who liked taking medications and wanted to try it all natural first. All this product did was make me sick to my stomach.

My Doctor recommended this product to help with my slight depression. I dont like to take medications so this was a healthy alternative. I think it helped at first but I am not sure if your body gets used to it and then stops working.
