This is a good mood elevator. So if you occasionally are hit with periods of mild depression, taking St. John's Wort will help get you out of mild doldrums. This is good for occasional periods of stress and anxiety, but I suggest you speak with a medical professional if you have serious issues with depression.

Cons:
Nothing for me, but you should check with a doctor for drug interactions. I understand you should not take this if you are on thyroid medication. |
