Although the bottle says this is for helping convert food to energy, Vitamin B minerals have long been used to promote nervous system health. This is the lower strength variety, not the Super Complex. With the addition of vitamin C, I have noticed also that it has helped to lesson my cold symptoms when I get one. I think its a great little supplement and I get mine from Wal-Mart.
