I tried one pill for mood and was very sorry I did. I got very nauseous and had mild hallucinations(visual disturbances)

I actually purchased this through the advice of a friend. I am the type sleeper who takes about 1-2 hours to fall asleep after laying in bed. This product not only helps to allow me to sleep quicker, but it also gives me a refreshing feeling in the morning, something sleeping pills do not usually do.

I tried GABA several months ago for anxiety and to help with sleep. The effects were mild but noticeable. It is worth trying.
