Help with depression

I tried this medication for two months. At first, it seemed to help with my depression. I wanted to try an herbal alternative, rather than something prescription from my doctor. I had a hard time taking it. It gave me alot of heartburn and made me sick at my stomach.
It did help a bit with the depression but my stomach could not tolerate it.

I took this product for mild depression. I started feeling better after about a week, but that only lasted a couple of weeks and I was feeling depressed again. I didn't want to increase my dose, since I didn't want to get any serious side effects. I would probably take it again though, as I think it is a better alternative than prescription anti-depressants.

Pros:

Alleviated depression for a couple of weeks. Pills did not have any bad taste.

Cons:

It only worked for a short period of time. I also didn't like staying out of the sun, as that also helps me when I am in a bad mood.

Iffy, but leaning towards the good side

St. John's Wort worked to raise my mood for a little while. I'd say I was all around happier for about a month.

After that though, it was right back to the doldrums for me. It seems like St. John's Wort is like nicotine, in that you need more to get the same effect. Or, at least, it is for me. I wouldn't recommend using it due to the potential scary side effects.

I gave this product one month to work and saw no change whatsoever. I've never been one who liked taking medications and wanted to try it all natural first.
All this product did was make me sick to my stomach.

My Doctor recommended this product to help with my slight depression. I dont like to take medications so this was a healthy alternative. I think it helped at first but I am not sure if your body gets used to it and then stops working.
