I used vitamin b mostly for stress relief and to ease jangled nerves. It worked very well in this dosage and I appreciated the c to help my immune system.

Although the bottle says this is for helping convert food to energy, Vitamin B minerals have long been used to promote nervous system health. This is the lower strength variety, not the Super Complex. With the addition of vitamin C, I have noticed also that it has helped to lesson my cold symptoms when I get one. I think its a great little supplement and I get mine from Wal-Mart.
