It worked to lose a pound or to but working out well make you lose just as much which you are suppose to do while taking it .And it is not worth talking when you work out.

Pros:

Lose a pound or two if that's all you need to lose.

Cons:

Not worth it.
Gives you heart burn.
Does not work as well as it says.

I wanted to lose weight for my wedding so I decided to give Slim Quick a try which is a cleansing method. You have to drink plenty of water and there are a lot of pills that you will take overall. At first I was afraid to try this product but in the end it worked well and I felt cleaner and I did lose a few pounds.
