This product worked as kind of an appetizer for me. I would drink one and it would give me enough energy to work out, but I felt my stomach growling while I was doing so. The drinks tasted very good and I would sometimes find myself drinking 2 of them just to feel satisfied. I only weigh about 160 lbs and am a male, so I would probably recommend this product for a female. My girlfriend was a bigger fan then me

This is good for a quick energy boost but is not satisfying enough for a meal replacement. I think it has a lot of sugar in it, which explains why the energy boost lasts a short time

While the Boost drinks taste pretty good, the energy boost that they give wears off pretty fast, and it's also rather expensive compared to the fact that you can get similar products for much less.
