I often used this to get through long hours at work, when I had to work overtime. It keeps you alert, but it also gives you the shakes.

This product is similar to Hydroxycut in that it does eliminate your appetite, but I do not think it is always good to lose your appetite. This cuts out portions of food that you need to live a healthy lifestyle. This product acts as more of a drug than anything else. Gives you a high, and makes you feel good, but cuts out necessary functions of diet and lifestyle.

It does not give you jitters. It does not give you nervousness or nausea. One capsule can give you energy for up to 8 hours.
Cons:
