I bought this product to help me lose some weight. The box claimed that it "helps curb appitite' 'helps burn calories" and " helps boost energy" . What should be added is helps burn hole in wallet". I used this product with no success. I found no help with weight loss by using this product. Although I did probably gain some benefit from the antioxidants in the green tea and the added calcium.
I would not recommend this product for weight loss.

Green tea has antioxidants. It has added calcium which is also beneficial.
Cons:
Does not work as a diet supplement to lose weight. |
