Chromium plays a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, protein & fat and also promotes healthy blood sugar levels and supports a healthy heart. So what's not to like about a product like this? I have been taking this supplement for a few years now and feel it is a must-have for my daily supplement needs. I'm not tied to any special brand, but it is fairly inexpensive. Look for coupons in your paper!
