I love anything with green tea in it, but this product exceeded my expectations. Not only did it curb my cravings, it also made me lose a bunch of water weight. I love the fact that it uses natural ingredients to promote healthy weight loss.

I bought this product to help me lose some weight. The box claimed that it "helps curb appitite' 'helps burn calories" and " helps boost energy" . What should be added is helps burn hole in wallet". I used this product with no success. I found no help with weight loss by using this product. Although I did probably gain some benefit from the antioxidants in the green tea and the added calcium.
I would not recommend this product for weight loss.
