Im not sure if I even understood this right, and perhaps I am wrong but when the commercials took the image of a plate of food and eliminated one fourth of it, I logically assumed for some reason this meant that 25% of all the calories you eat would not be absorbed.
I began taking the product but then realized how often I would forget to take them before each meal. For some reason remembering this was really hard for me. In addition to that, I kind of became less enthused about the product when I read closer that it serves to essentially prevent 25% of the fat calories you consume from being absorbed. Now for someone who is also dieting, I eat things with no more than five grams of fat... noticing the percentage of fat calories on things like that practically makes trying to remember those little pills not even worth it. All in all, I dont think I lost a thing with these, but I also didnt give them a fair chace. But why would anyone?

Their pills, so they are easy enough to take

Cons:

The side effects are very inconvenient if you do happen to eat something with a relatively high fat content. Again, it makes it not really worth the inconvenience for the low percentage of calories it blocks.

All this product did for me was make me spend hours in the restroom. Its also extremely expensive compared to other more effective ways to lose weight out on the market.

Not only is this weight loss program expensive, but it is also painful. If you don’t follow the pamphlet religiously you will experience the horrible side effects. I lost a few pounds, but I truly believe it was from going to the bathroom a lot. Therefore I can say this product is a waste of time and money. You could lose the weight the same way cheaper with laxatives.

It has a special pill holder for when you go out.

Cons:

Horrible side effects, you can’t tell if the weight is lost due to the product or due to the side effects.

This product is about a joke!
It does help lokse weight, but the side effects are really bad.
I lose 12 pounds in 2 weeks, but thats probabky because those pounds fell out into the toilet. If you like using the restroom about 30 times a day, then this product is for you! Otherwise I wouldnt waste your money!

I bought Alli after talking to my doctor about various over the counter weight loss aids. He told me that this was originally a prescription medicine and that it would work in keeping my body from absorbing fat. I have to say, he was right! What fat my failed attempts at willpower did allow to enter my body, Alli escorted right back out. Unfortunately, it was in the form of cramps and gassy diarrhea! I can't say this product actually helped me lose any weight because I only took it for one week. If anything, the willpower it forces you to have is going to make you lose weight, and you probably would do just as well without it.

I tried this product as well when it first came out. Along with everyone else I experienced the side effects. Worst being going to the bathroom all the time and gas. The pills did help me lose some weight, however, I agree that the side effects are not worth it. I recommend trying a more natural way to lose weight.

this product just makes you go to the bathroom. as far as weight loss, not so much. yeah, if you follow the weight loss plan to the "t" i guess you'd lose weight but, lets face it, if we could do that we wouldn't need alli

It works really well, but the overwhelming side effects make it much better to just go with diet and excersize. Or even a different diet pill.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. Although the results are good, you are better off dieting and exercising than taking this product for weight loss

Pros:

It really melts off the pounds easily and quickly

Cons:

The overly bad side effects of this product is what makes the rating so low. You will get diarrhea, cramps and an overall bad feeling.
