These are almost so good that you wonder if you are even drinking a nutrition drink. I was told to take one after completing my workout. I got really bloated and felt thicker, though, similar to the feeling you get after eating too much. I usually seek the "clean" feeling after a workout, the feeling of being tight and lean. This honestly felt like I just left McDonalds with a triple thick milkshake. I was not very impressed. Loaded with sugar.
