Over all i have used this product a few times, and im still not sure if it even works. i didn't notice any reduction in time of the cold, even when taking it right at the first signs of one.

It might make you feel less nervous about riding on a plane, recycling air with all those people in such a small space, but that's the only effectiveness it has. They had to pay $30 million dollars to the FTC for making advertising claims they had no evidence to support, and fines like that aren't handed out for nothing.

Airborne is a part of my daily regimin and it keeps me healthy and in good spirits throughout the day, i work with kids and this has prevented my fair share of colds and flu.

Pros:

Easy to drink not too medicine-y, and comes in 2 flavors.

Cons:

IS kinda expensive and i go through alot of it.

If you feel like you are getting suck and are not looking forward to the 2 week long cold process, start taking Airborne. With a combination of vitamins, minerals, and herbs, chances are that you will cut your cold in half if you decide to supplement with Airborne.
