Use this wisely.I used this when I was staring to get serious with my body,but later switched to more natural materials.It gives instant results but be careful.

As far as I can tell this stuff works pretty well. Unfortunately I haven't been around enough during last time to establish a consistent workout/lifting schedule so I haven't gotten to use it quite long enough to see highly visible results but I'm still satisfied with it and would recommend it if you plan on doing a lot of lifting.

This creatine worked great. I purchased it at Hi Health for around $25 for a 500 gram can. You have to make sure to drink lots of water with this creatine, and you should see great results. I saw my muscles heal faster and i saw an increase in strength in a short period of time.
