I have frequent migraines and have tried everything. I'm no doctor, but my mother recommend I try Relacore because it has a lot of vitamins and minerals to help me out of my situation. I know it says "weight reducer, etc" but it is a stress reducer as well as some energy. To this day, the headaches have slowed down. Not saying it was that for sure, but I still take it.
