In searching natural remedies, St. John's Wart came up as a mood elevator. I did feel less crabby and irritated. I am not sure if it was through mental suggestion or the product itself.

I find this supplement helpful in more ways than one. It gives me more energy and stops me from drinking excess soda with caffeine. I know it's commonly used for an anti-depressant, but as I drink soda for improved mood, this is a good replacement without all the acid that's hard on a stomach.
