This product is a great way to help with depression. Whenever you feel gloomy or down just take on of these and you will feel a little if not a lot better.

My mother bought this for me because I suffer from mild seasonal affective disorder. Whenever the weather outlook is gloomy for awhile I start to take them. I have noticed some improvement such as more energy throughout the day as well as being able to sleep better at night. I recommend this to anyone that has mild seasonal depression and is willing to try a more natural approach to treating it.

Seems to work.

Cons:

It is recommended that you take it 3 times a day, so if you have a bad memory like I do then you should set a reminder for yourself. Can be expensive when not on sale.
