For me this product is a great stress releasing formula. i have used a lot of B-Complex products but find this one the most effective and efficient in its function.
My friend recommended this one to me and i would suggest it to everyone who is suffering from stress.

I've used lots of different B supplements over the decades. Most of them helped, but none worked as well as this one does! They got it right a few times over with this formula. Add some C (with rose hips) on the side and it becomes a great stress busting formula. One thing to remember when supplementing B vitamins is ALWAYS take a B COMPLEX. Supplementing one B vitamin frequently causes a deficiency in another B vitamin. We are all a complicated mix of balancing acts. Taking too much calcium can affect your Magnesium etc. B's are very much a balance issue. Take a complex or none at all. Take this particular B complex and you'll find your energy increases, your mind becomes a bit clearer, and it's heart healthy too.
