It seems hit or miss. While it worked on my cat and one other pet it didn't work for the rest or seem to have any effect on me. I do wish it had worked as well as it seems to for everyone else. I tried this one a particularly moody person and they were great for a few days then it was like everything bottled up exploded.

Cons:

Rarely has a strong effect and then maybe is just bottling the emotions down till later.
