this extract has contents that come from the kava (name shortened) plant. it is used in rituals in south american that induce hallucinations. it also acts as a stimulant that can become out of control if you take too many. i saw no benefit when i took it, but when i researched it i didn't like what was said about it.

I thank Now Foods for coming up with a solution that many of us are in need of. This product to me is anxiety killer.
I have been suffering from anxiety for a while untill i bought this product. A friend of mine suggested me to use it and it really helped me in a way to get back to my normal life.
