I started taking these when I got to college because I found it very difficult to focus on my school work and studying. When I started taking these it was almost instantly that I was able to focus when I needed to study. They are a bit pricey but it is worth it if you are unable to focus, like I was.

My mind used to wander all the time. I'd be in the middle of a meeting and find myself day dreaming about anything but what I was supposed to be thinking about. Or I'd be in class and be twitching and tapping my foot and fiddling with my pens.

Constant Focus, though, took all that excess energy away and made it easy for me to stay on task! I don't think I'd have gotten my promotion without it.

If your a regular human being you will have one of those days where you can;t seem to keep your mind on one task. Constant Focus relieves that feeling and makes things go a lot smoother in the day, you will get more done and you won;t feel bad doing it either.
