I have done the Slim Fast diets and wasn't really satisfied on them, so I decided to try out the Special K Protein Shakes. I admit they were nice and thick and the taste wasn't too bad, but they did not leave me feeling satisfied. I would be feeling full for about an hour or so, but then I would need to have a piece of fruit or something to get me to the next meal. If you are looking for a diet supplement and don't normally have a large appetite then this product will work for you, but it may not keep you completely satisfied until the next meal.
