This product is the worst kind of them all. It did not help me. In fact, it made things worse. I got really sick from this, and I ended up gaining weight instead of loosing it.

You're supposed to take this 45 minutes before a meal, which was a major inconvenience because with the way my schedule has been eating is something I do when I have the chance and I can't easily plan that far in advance. For that reason, I didn't use this long enough to find out if it actually worked or is just another snake oil product.
