I bought some of thes for a fast breakfast and to help lose weight. I was not satisfied in more ways than one. First, there is no way one of those shakes could fill me up and give me the energy I need to shuffle two kids around. Secondly, the taste is not that great and leaves me feeling sick. This may not be the case for everyone, but it was for me. This is not a product I would use to lose pounds.

If you are like me, you don't have much of an appetite in the morning. I actually feel sick to my stomach, so eating even a banana in the morning is out of question. It comes down to solid foods, I cannot hold them down. After seeking out many alternatives, including fruit smoothies that would leave me feeling hungry after an hour, I chose Slim Fast to try out. Not only does it stay down, it tastes good and really fills me up. 1 week's supply is $7.99, so you are looking at a monthly budget of $32 for breakfast. Not bad!

I think slim fast is good for a quick nutrition hit on the run but for the taste I usually opt out and go buy some fruit and a package of turkey.

For me, this was really only a good meal replacement at breakfast or to replace a snack, which kind of defeats the purpose if you have it as a snack. I need something to chew for a meal! It tastes ok but not great. If you can stick with it, it should help with weight loss.

Slim fast is good for short term weight loss and they do give you somewhat of an okay alternative to the normal breakfast foods, but in some cases they just make you more hungry. You have to stick to the plan for them to really work.

The only thing good about this is the taste, and even that isn’t all that great. I tried it for a month and it still left me with that hungry feeling it was supposed to stop. There was no weight loss of any kind, and if you buy enough for a month it can be expensive.

This has a great taste to it. But slim-fast does not work. I tried it for the longest time, and did not loose a single pound. I was still hungry and it did not help me at all in anyway possible.

I always heard about how great Slim-Fast was for losing weight so I decided to try it. I have never been so disappointed. Sure, it tastes good - who doesn't like milkshakes? - but for me I still had that desire to feel up the rest of my stomach. I should say, though, that my wife also used it the same time as me and she lost several pounds (eventually). I seem to be the exception, not the rule, so it's probably just me - but be warned, it won't necessarily work for you.

Great product! One for breakfast, one for lunch. The Milk Chocolate taste great. haven't tried other flavors. I've dropped weight and haven't been hungry. Whenever I see it on sale i stock up!

These shakes are simply delicious and wonderful! I lost 10 pounds in three weeks with normal exercise as well. They really work wonders and I am so pleased. My mother recommended these shakes to me after I tried other weight loss products that didn't work. These are by far my favorite weight loss products. The different flavor options are another plus that make this product great.

Wonderful product for the money. This product works if you follow the recommended diet plan. I drink two shakes a day and have lost about 5 lbs. in two weeks. It's full of vitamins and minerals as well. Great value!
