While the Boost drinks taste pretty good, the energy boost that they give wears off pretty fast, and it's also rather expensive compared to the fact that you can get similar products for much less.

This product is great for a short energy boost and it tastes great. However it is not a good way to lose weight. The energy boost will not last you a whole exercise session, and it is quite expensive in the long run.

I took boost for a few months. I really like the taste and it comes in a variety of flavors and even a lactose free. I found I had increased energy for a short period of time. I found it was a little expensive as it's over $12.00 for 6 as a long term solution to weight management however.
