I take this here with the ultra and they work nicely with one another. When I was taking them, I mentioned on ultra I do not exercise , except going up and down stairs due to my back. So I don't over eat or anything, and I noticed a bit of a difference in weight. This one is 1 twice a day, very simple. Again if you take them and exercise and eat right. It will do wonders for you, seriously, I am going to get back into taking them and review an update for you all. I again got a cheap price discount on this product .
