I have thought about this pill before and I finally had the offer to get it at reduced price of 12.00 so I did it. Now I was good for a while( I moved so have not been taking them BAD of me I know ) I was taking this and a few others at once, and I don't exercise, because I cant, due to my back, and it was making a difference, I would walk up and down stairs to go to my room and that's it, NOT pigging out on food though, this recommends you take 1 pill 3x a day, and I did, I also took with it metabospa, which I wil review as well. Both together, could tell a bit, so if you exercise and eat right, you could see a big difference.
