Urgent Energy was said to be excellent, NO ephedrine in it, no side effects. Just if you are at work, and tired, you take 1 or more I took 2 though, and it will help you gain some energy, it is all natural, not any harsh chemicals, it says everything in it, Vitamin, c, b1, b2, niacin, b6, b12, pantothenic acid, chinese green tea, guarana, royal jelly, asian ginseng, eleuthero, ashwagandha, gelatin caps. ALL natural they don't taste too bad, and well, they do help a bit, I think it depends on the person though. I take this and secure I'm good for a bit. You need a boost, I recommend this honestly.
