I am very athletic and I needed something to help me maintain my energy. This product did the trick. It is awesome. Starting the very first day, I felt like I had more energy. Its also a fat burner. I've been on it for about a year and a half. I've only lost about 12 pounds, but I started at 140 and I wasn't really trying to lose weight anyway. I have, however, gained a lot of muscle. My thighs and arms are more toned.
