Works great for energy and over all feeling better. It does help lower blood pressure. They do not upset my stomach like some cayenne pills.

easy to take and works

Cons:

None for me potential for stomach upset in sensitive people.

I have noticed a difference in my overall well being. Just a little more pep in my step. Also, I guess since it helps with cardiovascular function, I've noticed stronger erections.
