In the end, it's not really what we eat but rather we are able to utilize that matters. Low stomach acid is often misdiagnosed as too much acid. The Bromelain does a wonderful job of supporting the body's ability to properly digest food. This natural pineapple product has enabled us to (essentially) dispose of all the anti-acids in the house.
