I have been using these tablets for the past 18 months. Initially I used to be very fatigued as I had changing shifts at work and my body couldn't cope with this constant change with me resulting in eating less and sleeping more. However, after I started with the Becadexamin tablets, I have been more active and sleep my regular 8 hours.
