It's subtle. Every day when I take one I feel really good afterwards. For that reason I would recommend this product for anyone over the age of 35.

Pros:
I definately like the fact that Lycopene and Lutein are included in this product because it supports heart health and eye health. It also has 100 percent daily recommended daily values for various vitamins and minerals that those of us maturing require more of everyday.
Cons:
The only thing I believe could be a negative with this product is that if you are Diabetic or Hypoglycemic you should discuss with your doctor the benefits of taking this supplement. At least there is a warning regarding this on the label. |
