I've been taking this multi-vitamin for about a month now. I drink 8 glasses of water a day, and I jog in the mornings. I feel a lot healthier now I've been taking it. You just have to eat healthy, and live healthy in order for this stuff to work.

This is a multi that will kick your butt into shape fast. You won't know what hit you and suddenly you're healthier than you know what to do with. It's like being rich in the health department.
