You honestly cannot tell the difference between these chews and real caramel candy! I think calcium is one of the most important supplements a woman should take. If I could only choose one supplement, calcium would be the one. Too many women get osteoperosis when it's such a preventable disease.

My mom buys these, and since I always can use extra calcium, I always nab a few for my house. I love the taste, and how easy they go down.

I've tried all 3 flavors of the calcium chews, and caramel is my least favorite. It's not bad, and it has an overall strong caramel flavor, but it sticks to my teeth! It takes forever to get it all down. This probably doesn't bother most people, but it was a little annoying to me, personally. It's good in a pinch, though.

for you who needs to add some calcium in your diet yet hated the taste of the product. Then it might be an answer for you. For me it's totally eatable and wont cause a nauseous feeling to you.

My partner has a hard time swallowing tablets. Calcium tablets always tend to be larger than others, so our family doctor suggested she try the soft chewable ones offered by Viactiv or a store brand. We purchased this large count box at Costco for a good deal and luckily my partner really likes them. She says its like dessert after lunch and dinner. She takes them twice a day to combat the calcium depletion of her Depo shot for birth control. I know she would recommend them to anyone wanting to add calcium to their daily diet. They also contain vitamins D and K.
